Nensebo Washed

Nensebo sits at 1,850 to 2,100 meters, and the altitude shows in the cup: clean, sweet, and floral. Smallholders here, on farms averaging two hectares, grow select 74110 and 74112 coffees released by the Jimma Agricultural Research Center in the 1970s. The washed process keeps it all clear: peach up front, longan through the middle, and white florals that linger.
