From Cundinamarca, Colombia, this natural Sidra comes from some of our favorite farms. La Palma y El Tucán is beloved and known to push the boundaries of varietal and processing experimentation. Sidra is a Typica-Red Bourbon hybrid that champions a combination of sweetness, crisp acidity, and distinctive fruit character and this natural processed coffee builds on the Sidra’s inherent sweetness.

The tartness and familiarity of red fruits is prominent in the cup. Meanwhile, a hint of jasmine adds a floral lift. A coffee meant for repeat cups.
