The New Normal
For the safety of our team, we did temporarily close our operations after the ECQ kicked in, but we slowly started roasting operations again. We are fortunate that some of our team members live close to our roasting facility. We just had to make sure that there are safety measures in place.
Whole bean coffees, Espresso Machines, Brewers and Grinders can still be availed through the following outlets:

Self collect & On-demand courier pick ups for Manila and Provincial shipping
Shipping fees are waived for Manila customers and will have to be collected personally or through on-demand couriers such as Grab express, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy etc.
Provincial shipping will be offered however it is expected to have an extended timeframe for deliveries, especially those which require items to be transported via air and are affected by strict lockdown protocols.
All confirmed items for shipping are dispatched every M-W-F.
Our Satellite Locations are currently on hold until further notice. All orders will be dispatched from the cafe.
Payment
As part of the new normal, we're trying to go contactless with the payment. For all curbside pick ups you can go through the website to order, while only credit and debit cards will be accepted for walk-in payments starting June 1.
Returns & Exchanges
All brewing merchandise are inspected prior to shipping, hence the item(s) delivered are not refundable unless there are serious faults that were undetected by visual inspection. Unfortunately, roasted coffees shipped out cannot be returned/exchanged. We also cannot guarantee that orders will be redirected if the incorrect shipping address was provided during the purchase.
