A different take on the Shakisso from Sidamo. We roasted this for filter as a different expression, showcasing its fruit-forward nuances.

FLAVOR NOTES: In the cup, we taste Rapsberry, Grapefruit, Vanilla.  It is best brewed using a Pour Over, Aeropress, or Batch Brew.
