This coffee comes from the Guji region where it is washed and processed. Its profile is fruity and tea-like, which is a common characteristic for Ethiopian coffees, especially in this region. It has a light yet syrupy feel when brewed as a pour over. 

FLAVOR NOTES: In the cup, we taste Jasmine, Earl Grey and Caramelized Sugar. It is best brewed using Pour Over or Aeropress.
